Banging on IBPS RRB – why so?

All talks about banking competitive exams. Everyone is preparing for all most all exams since the pattern is more or less the same. Institute of Banking personnel selection stands first in the step to recruit eligible candidates across the country on behalf of Regional Rural Bank. Most of the aspirants want to be deployed in metro cities, whereas the rural areas have an immense opportunity. So, you need not bother to apply for IBPS RRB. Officer scale I, II, II and multipurpose exams are yearly conducted by IBPS RRB on behalf of certain rural banks Baroda UP Gramin Bank, Dena Gujarat Gramin Bank, J & K Grameen Bank, KaveriGrameena Bank, KarnatakaKerala Gramin Bank, TelanganaGrameena Bank, VananchalGramin Bank etc.

Cracking IBPS RRBis comparatively easier because RRB is smaller banks when compared to nationalized banks, it has a limited geography. Hence, in terms of salary, perks, they offer lower than PSBs. There will be always a tough competition to IBPS PO as the perks and salary would be expected more. You can try up to your level.

Though the exam pattern of IBPS RRB is similar to IBPS PO there will be a major bias that RRB exam does have no questions on English. So, whether you are weak or strong, you may appear in this exam.

At least previous year, both IBPS RRB and PO were equally difficult for different reasons. When you discuss the cut off it will tell you the real story behind such a difficult situation. IBPS RRBOA had 80 questions to be completed in 45 minutes and had a cut off almost at all states.

Further, there was one more strong difference between the two. PO prelims had an English section whereas IBPS RRB OS1 and OA did not have that. It is because the banks want the candidates to be proficient in the local language than the international language. Candidates who feel tough in English can adopt IBPS RRB because there is no English section is included in prelims. However, the pressure level for both the exams will be the same. So preparation is must to get through the bank job. You should prepare for all the posts of IBPS to make your future bright in any way. One thing the aspirant should keep in mind that IBPS PO has good growth than IBPS RRB.
